Dr. Ramzy Baroud is an US-Arab journalist and author and an internationally recognized syndicated columnist on geopolitics and Middle East issues. Eric Walberg — who has been on this program — has called Dr. Baroud “one of the best emissaries of Palestinians.” He is currently the editor for the Palestine Chronicle. Earlier he was the managing editor of the London-based Middle East Eye, the editor in chief of the Brunei Times and deputy managing editor of Al Jazeera’s online publication. He is also a former head of Al Jazeera English’s Research department. Ramzy holds a doctoral degree in Palestine Studies from the University of Exeter in the UK.
