Drew Harvell is a professor of ecology and evolutionary biology at Cornell University and resident at Friday Harbor labs in Washington San Juan Islands. She is author of over 170 scientific publications and author of the award winning A Sea of Glass and just released Ocean Outbreak. Her research has taken her for the tropical waters of Hawaii to mexico to Indonesia, Australia and E Africa. Her current work is on ocean Health in temperate waters of Salish Sea.
