During this hour, Dr. Reznik re-visits the subject of stress in our daily lives and introduces

an ABC method, developed by the creator of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Albert

Ellis.  The second part of the show is dedicated to the Fifth Pillar of Well-Being (from his

program Six Pillars of Well-Being), in which he teaches concrete tools of dealing with two

attitudinal challenges: Jealousy and Ingratitude.
