Simply put, they’re bad copies of our own malignant stateside political scum, though with noticeably lower IQ’s. Therefore Latin politicos are more careless and tend to get caught early in their crimes. However they rarely do the time and in fact often become infamous folk heroes (kinda like Bill Clinton)
