Thomas Frank is a political analyst, an historian of cultural ideas, journalist, a columnist for The Guardian, and a former columnist for Harpers Magazine and the Wall Street Journal. He is a currently the founding editor of “The Baffler.” His areas of writing include party politics, propaganda, the mainstream media and economics. Thomas has written several profound books including Pity the Billionaire and the Wrecking Crew. His most recent is “Listen Liberal, or Whatever Happened to the Party of the People” which takes the Democratic Party’s betrayal of its social contract with the average American to task.
