Andrew Harvey is an internationally renowned religious scholar, writer, teacher and the author of more than 30 books. He has taught at Oxford University, Cornell University, and the California Institute of Integral Studies. The subject of the 1993 BBC film documentary, The Making of Modern Mystic, he is the founder and director of the institute for Sacred Activism, an international organization dedicated to healing the planet. He lives in Chicago, Illinois.
