Stephanie Wright has been a yogi since 2008. A passion for food is what drew her towards Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. She pursued a 250 hour Ayurvedic Nutrition & Culinary Certification at Bhagavat Life an Ayurvedic cooking school in NYC under the guidance of Divya Alter. Other accreditations include: 600 hr Ayurvedic Lifestyle Training-Integral Yoga; and 300 hr Yoga TeacherTraining – Laughing Lotus. She founded the Wright Methods, and is a culinary educator, recipe developer using locally-sourced, seasonal menus. A former marketer with clients like Google, and HBO, she also worked for NYC Agriculture Collective as a marketing director and became a culinary educator for local farms promoting their ingredients/agricultural practices. Clients include: Google Foods, the American Kidney Fund, the NFL sponsored by Fuel Up to Play 60, etc. Stephanie offers Ayurvedic consultations, private chef services, catering, and culinary workshops Stephanie lives in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY.
