Carolyn Baker, Ph.D. is the author of Collapsing Consciously: Transformative Truths For Turbulent Times. (2013) Her previous books are and Navigating The Coming Chaos: A Handbook For Inner Transition (2011) and Sacred Demise: Walking The Spiritual Path Of Industrial Civilization’s Collapse (2009).

Carolyn was a long-time associate of the late Michael C. Ruppert who began the Lifeboat Hour in 2010. She regularly contributed articles to Michael’s websites From The Wilderness and Collapsenet and became Managing Editor of FTW in 2006. In addition to her books, Carolyn publishes the subscription-based Daily News Digest linked to her website at www.carolynbaker.net. She was both a guest and host on the Lifeboat Hour before Michael’s passing.

The focus of the Lifeboat Hour and Carolyn’s work is creating emotional and spiritual resilience for navigating turbulent times. A former psychotherapist and professor of psychology and history, Carolyn offers life coaching for people who want to live more resiliently in the present as they prepare for the future.
