Jack Tuckner is a civil rights lawyer and co-founding partner of Tuckner, Sipser, Weinstock & Sipser, LLP, a progressive women’s rights in the workplace labor & employment law firm in NYC, where he and his colleagues champion the rights of working women who are challenged by workplace discrimination, including sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, gender pay disparity and sexual orientation discrimination, in addition to representing employees facing all other forms of workplace discrimination.
Jack has served as an advocate and commentator on women’s discrimination issues across the media spectrum, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Daily News, NBC’s Nightly News with Brian Williams, Good Morning America, Anderson Cooper, The Joy Behar Show, National Public Radio, CNN, Inside Edition, numerous local television and radio stations, and he speaks regularly at civic and grass roots community meetings and seminars throughout the NY tri-state area. Jack speaks publicly on Gender Pay Disparity in numerous venues such as at Liz Claiborne’s “Time to Talk about Domestic Violence,” her annual day of group activism and national radio interviews with domestic violence experts. For three consecutive years (2011, 2012, 2013) Jack Tuckner was chosen as a “Super Lawyer” by his peers, judges and independent research, signifying his ranking in the top 5% of all New York Labor & Employment attorneys.
