I typically attempt to write a snappy blurb that’ll make you want to immediately hit the play button though I have completely failed since there’s little I can write that’ll remotely come close to encapsulating the life and conversation I was fortunate to have had today with undaunted Alvin Law. Listen and you’ll concur! Tomatoes are beautiful, scrumptious and life affirming! Sounds like I’ve been “hitting the sauce”, rather I just discovered how very special making Italian sauce with family and friends is and why so many embrace such a laborious production that requires vast equipment, heavy lifting and 10 plus hours to complete.
