The Law Firm of Jason Flores-Williams along with the aid of Deep Green Resistance has filed one of the first federal law suits asking the court to declare that nature has fundamental rights and standing. The law suit is based on the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund’s work in seeking natural and community rights in Ecuador, Colombia and India.
