Four Arrows (Wahinkpe Topa), whose Anglo name is Donald Trent Jacobs, is a professor at Fielding Graduate University and formerly the Dean of Education at Oglala Lakota College on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. He was selected by the Alternative Education Resource Organization as one of 27 visionaries in education, he won Martin-Springer Institute Moral Courage Award for his Activism, and has been involved in creating first the Marine No Take Zone on Pacific Coast of Mexico.
