Jenny Tse of Sipping Streams Tea Company
Jenny Tse was Born in Hong Kong and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, Jenny is the founder and owner of Sipping Streams Tea Company, and is the author of the bestselling book, The Essence of Tea , and hosts The Essence of Tea podcast. Sipping Streams Tea Company started an experimental tea farm in Alaska using geothermal heat and won several North American Tea Championships and Global Tea Championships. They have been featured in Fresh Cup Magazine, Edible Alaska, and NPR.
